Buildings designed by Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners

ISG has been appointed to deliver a £50m shell and core contract for a new Mayfair apartment block and a hotel designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

The Residences are being developed by Clivedale London for hotel group Mandarin Oriental.

The mixed-use development at 22 Hanover Square comprises two buildings standing at nine and 11 storeys.

It will contain 80 residentual units, starting at £2m, as well as 50 hotel suites and four basement levels with a spa, swimming pool, gym and restaurant.

Gardiner & Theobald is QS on the job, while Ramboll is structural engineer and Hoare Lea M&E engineer.

Neither building will need a central reinforced concrete core due to the use of an exoskeletal steel frame.

ISG will start works this autumn, with completion due in the last quarter of 2021.
