Two developments for Brickland will be built in Manchester and Liverpool
ISG is to build two major city centre residential schemes in the North West with an overall construction value in excess of £70m.
The larger of the two projects, both for build-to-rent developer Brickland, is a 363-apartment scheme set over two towers of 16 and 19 storeys in the Cornbrook area of Manchester.
ISG will also deliver a £24m, nine-storey, 200-unit development in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool.
