Contractor to build four-star hotel alongside its Exhibition Centre development
Contractor ISG has been appointed to build a four-star hotel alongside Liverpool’s Exhibition Centre development.
ISG has now won over £50m of work on the scheme after it was appointed to build the 8,100m2 exhibition centre.
The exhibition centre, which sits on the waterfront, includes a public atrium, food and drink outlets, meeting rooms and a business centre.
The hotel will be built alongside the exhibition centre.
David Lawther, chief executive of ISG, said: “I’m delighted to announce this latest high-profile win, which further demonstrates the improving conditions within the regional construction market.”
