The construction industry’s green leaders open CPD-accredited virtual conference

The focus turns to greening existing building stock on the second day of the live Sustainability Now virtual event.

John Gummer kicks of proceedings with a session on sustainability in the the City of London, which is followed by a discussion on minimising risk and maximising ROI on retrofitting.

The two-day online conference looks at how industry is overcoming barriers to low carbon building and features live debates and an exhibition highlighting everything from Passivhaus to sustainable piling.

The event is partnering with construction industry homelessness charity CRASH and 25p will be donated to the charity for every attendee who visits over the two live days.

Visit the Sustainability Now web site to register and read today’s programme below. Yesterday’s sessions are also available to review on the site.
