Kier nabs £200m Northamptonshire housing job

Project will deliver 750 homes

Homes England has appointed Kier’s housing arm to carry out a £200m housing job in Northamptonshire.

The firm will build 750 new homes on the 48ha site in Hardingstone, with work set to start this month.

The site will also include community facilities such as a primary school, medical centre and pharmacy, leisure facilities, as well as office and retail space.
