Ryder Architecture has won planning permission for the next phase of Liverpool Science Park, opposite the city’s Metropolitan cathedral

The 3,750m2 facility will contain offices, laboratories and a cafe. Construction is expected to start in the middle of next year and completion is scheduled for late 2012.
