Nottingham council has given the go-ahead for Benoy's £10.5m luxury development of the historic Lace Market on Weekday Cross.
Wilson Bowden will build the development, which includes 8400 m2 of new and refurbished apartments and 1900 m2 of retail space. There will also be basement parking for 123 cars. Structural engineer is Nottingham firm BWB.
