Development spearheaded by local residents win award from National Self Build Association

The UK’s largest Passivhaus development, developed by a co-operative of local residents, has picked-up an award from the National Self Build Association. The 41-unit Lancaster Cohousing scheme was designed by architect Eco Arc and built by Whittle Construction.
