Land Secs finishes Victoria job

Work completed on Land Securities’ 62 Buckingham Gate project in Victoria this month, after NG Bailey finished its M&E job on the project.

Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the £80m commercial development in central London was built by Sir Robert McAlpine.

The 12-storey office block replaces a sixties stone-clad office building, with 23,500m2 of offices above 1,500m2 of street-level shops and restaurants.
