GHM Consultancy Group, Shepherd Construction, British Land and Smith Hampton Manchester all have new appointments

Consultants
Rosemary White has been appointed as a director for the GHM Consultancy Group. Her role will include managing the group’s resources while continuing to oversee the design and delivery of a variety of major projects.

Contractors
Shepherd Construction has appointed Gary Owen as business development manager in the East Midlands region. Owen previously held the same role with Laing O’Rourke and has more than 25 years’ experience in construction.

Property
Lucinda Bell is the finance director for British Land. Bell was deputy finance director and joins the board as an executive director with immediate effect. She succeeds Graham Roberts who intends to step down on 24 June.

Smith Hampton Manchester has promoted Chris Bott from associate director in the building consultancy department to director, and David Thwaites to associate director in the office agency department.
