Leeds-based Carey Niemen Architects has received planning permission for its £15m mixed-use leisure and residential development at the Albert Dock, Liverpool.
The scheme, for developer Hadenstar, has also received approval from English Heritage and the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment. Construction is due to start next summer.
