Architect AFL has designed its second residential tower development at Princes Dock, Liverpool. Commissioned by Millennium Estates, the £22m project is at the southern corner of the original entrance to Princes Dock and Half Tide Dock.

The 26-storey tower will contain 201 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom duplex penthouse apartments of more than 135 m2. AFL is on site with its first residential building at Princes Dock, a £33m twin tower residential scheme for City Loft Developments.
