Building services engineer sues Air Diffusion, Ruskin Air Management, Beta Naco and Tomkins over fan-coil units

Building services engineer Lorne Stewart has launched a legal battle over fan-coil units used at a Newgate Street project. It is suing Air Diffusion, Ruskin Air Management, Beta Naco, and Tomkins for damages for breach of contract for the manufacture, design, supply and sale of the units and other equipment for the £3.4m new-build project.
