Firm to build 73 homes for housing provider Longhurst
Housebuilder Lovell has landed a £13.2m scheme to build 73 new village homes in Branston near Lincoln.
The project, named The Spires, will provide 47 homes for sale and 26 deemed affordable for housing provider Longhurst Group.
Lovell is set to start preparatory work next month before beginning construction in early 2018, with a completion date in early 2020.
The scheme will include one, two and three-bedroom houses on a site off Moor Lane on the southern fringe of the village.
Branston is four miles south-east of Lincoln, with rail links connecting to Leicester, Nottingham, Peterborough, Sheffield and Grimsby.
