Beazer chief executive John Low left the group last week as Persimmon's £537m takeover offer became unconditional.
Persimmon, citing legal reasons, refused to confirm that Low had quit, but Building understands that he left his position last week.
Sources suggest that Beazer's finance director, David Smith left the company last Thursday.
A spokesperson for Persimmon said the pair would not remain with the company after the takeover, as the Persimmon board would not change.
