Contractor will construction manage transformation of London's Cafe Royal into hotel

Mace has beaten ISG and Sisk to clinch the estimated £80m construction management deal to turn London’s landmark Café Royal into a 160-room five-star hotel, Building understands.

The client is Israeli property developer Alrov and work is due to start this summer.

Mace declined to comment on the reports.
