The Stanhope-led construction services portal asite.com has secured a number of major clients as partners.
Asite.com, launched last October, provides project management, knowledge exchange, mass buying of materials and auctioneering.
Real estate company AXA REIM, property firm British Land, insurance firm Legal & General, asset manager Morley Fund Management, investment manager PruPIM and real estate group Tishman Speyer have signed up, it was announced at this week's MIPIM property fair.
Alastair Mellon of asite.com said: "We have started by establishing a client base but are calling on other potential partners, particularly in the supply chain."
