MDA to project manage five Ability hotel schemes

Ability Group has hired MDA Consulting as project manager on the construction of three new hotels and refurbishment of two others.

The group is building new four-star hotels in Liverpool, Luton and London and refurbishing two other four-star venues in Dunblane and Cambridge.

The appointment will include cost consulting and CDM services as well as project management.
