Housing services business wins five-year deal with Mole Valley Housing Association
Social housing repair and maintenance contractor Mears has won a five-year £10m deal with Mole Valley Housing Association in Surrey.
Mears will maintain Mole homes for five years
Meanwhile its care division, Careforce, has won a hat-trick of three-year contracts with a combined annual turnover of £1.5m.
The deals are for Homecare in Trafford and North Tyneside and for Extra Care Sheltered Housing in Nottinghamshire.
Chief executive Bob Holt said: “We continue to make good progress with contract wins throughout the group and, in line with our strategy, Careforce is well-placed to take a leading position in the consolidation of the domiciliary care market.”
