South-west-based property group Midas has appointed five new directors to its construction arm to continue its growth drive.
The five bosses – Ian Fairbairn, Darryn Parry, Graham Mathews, Nalin Seneviratne and Ian Pitman – were former area managers.

The group said the promotions were part of the group’ strategy of organic growth, rather than mergers and acquisitions.

Turnover at the group has increased £71m to £115m in the last two years. Chief executive Steve Hindley said: “The last two years have seen Midas grow from what was essentially a regional contractor into a major property services group operating on a national basis and offering a full spectrum of services.”
