Outsourcing specialist confident it will hit full-year expectations, following recent acquisition
Outsourcing specialist Mitie has released an optimistic trading update and is confident it will hit expectations for full-year results.
The firm said its recently acquired businesses, Dalkia Technical FM and EPS, are making an “excellent contribution” and that it continued to see good growth in the facilities management business.
In a trading statement issued today Mitie also said that outsourcing, a core part of its strategy, was changing in response to market conditions and that integrated contracts were now becoming the norm.
Meanwhile, Mitie continues to be open to securing acquisitions and will continue to pursue organic growth.
Full-year results for the year ended 31 March 2009 will be announced on 17 May 2010.
