Stock Woolstencroft has won provisional planning consent on this £12m mixed residential and commercial scheme in Wapping.
Hermitage Wharf, on the north bank of the Thames, contains 41 apartments, three townhouses and two commercial units. Work is expected to be complete by May 2002. The developer is Berkeley Homes (City & East London).
