Moon river: A planning decision is expected this month on this £17.5m second phase of the Riverquay residential development by the River Medlock in Manchester. Designed by Ian Simpson Architects for developer Pathfinder Properties, the building will comprise 191 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The residential block sits on pilotis raising it above a mixed-use podium incorporating retail and gym facilities.
