Consortium will deliver projects for 17 Scottish public sector bodies

A consortium led by Morgan Sindall and Apollo has won a £200m framework deal for a consortium of Scottish councils.

The WellSpring Group will deliver a range of projects as winner of the west region of the Scottish Futures Trust hub framework.

The 17 public sector bodies include Glasgow, Inverclyde and East and West Dunbartonshire councils.

Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall, said: “We are excited by this opportunity to work alongside our public sector partners to deliver vital projects which will generate improved public services for communities in the west of Scotland.”
