Morgan Sindall wins £24m student resi job

Nottingham scheme will be contractor’s second job for Vita Group in the Midlands

Morgan Sindall has been appointed to build £24m student accommodation in Nottingham for specialist developer Vita Group.

The contractor is joined on the job by engineer BWB Consulting and M&E firm Drayton Beaumont.
