Work to finish summer 2022
Murphy has chalked up an £18.5m contract to build an apartment block in Camden.
Developer Steyn Group has appointed the firm for the 36-home job, which includes 12 affordable homes and some commercial space.
Architects Chassay & Last and BAL Architecture have designed the scheme, with project manager Propitas, structural engineer Patrick Parsons, QS P1202 and M&E designer Whitecode also on the project team.
Demolition and enabling works are already underway with the scheme slated to be completed by summer 2022.
The North London contractor posted a £7m pre-tax profit in last year following a £13m loss in 2018 with turnover up 13% to £880m.
