Muse selected for Rotherham revamp

First phase of work set to start next autumn

Morgan Sindall-owned Muse Developments has been picked by Rotherham Borough council as its preferred partner for the first phase a scheme in the South Yorkshire town.

Called Forge Island, the proposal includes a cinema, food and drink outlets, a hotel, with new leisure facilities. A footbridge will link the site to the rest of the town centre.
