This is phase one of a £45m student housing project located next to Nottingham University’s jubilee campus

Built by Ocon Construction and designed by Lewis & Hickey Architects, this section of the project contains 302 student bedrooms, although when the entire project is completed in 2011 it will comprise 1,090 units. The completed blocks are to be serviced by a biomass boiler for the heating and hot water. All the bathroom units for the residential elements of the scheme have been pre-fabricated in Poland.
