J Sainsbury's scheme to redevelop its store in central High Wycombe has been granted planning permission.
The mixed-use project, designed by Chetwood Associates, includes a new supermarket, additional retail space, a petrol station and affordable housing. Work is due to start at the end of the year. Planning consultant is Town Planning Consultancy and highways consultant is Mayer Brown.
