Skanska has won a £68m contract to design and build this office building for Hermes Real Estate in the City of London.

The eight-floor building at 20 Gresham Street will comprise 21,000m2 of space. Skanska will also carry out the M&E work on the building. The project team also includes architect Kohn Pedersen Fox, development manager City Offices, structural engineer Waterman Partnership, and services engineer Hilson Moran. Work will begin on site immediately and completion is due in September 2008.
