Mix of consultants and contractors awarded £50m framework

HS2 has awarded a mix of consultants and contractors a £50m ground investigation works framework.

The winners include Bam Ritchies, a subsidiary of civils contractor Bam Nuttall, and consultant WYG.

The other winners are Environmental Scientific Group, Fugro Seacore, Soil Engineering Geoservices, Structured Soil, Allied Exploration & Geotechnics, Ian Farmer Associates and RPS.

The firms will have the opportunity to bid for 92 individual work packages for ground investigation work between London and Birmingham, starting in the spring.
