Three firms have been shortlisted to build a mixed-use office, retail and cultural space in Manchester

 

Bam Construction, Carillion Building and Kier Regional have been shortlisted to build a 275,000ft2 mixed-use office, retail and cultural space in Manchester at One St Peter’s Square. It was designed by Glenn Howells Architects with building services consultant Hoare Lea also on board.
