Safety blunder

Thanks to Bill Orchard for these photos which he says were taken from the Carfax Tower in Oxford.

He comments: "Obviously no need for a hard hat, harness etc; or any need to barrier off at low level to prevent members of the public strolling underneath the scaffolding."
