Firm has been appointed main contractor on £4.5m project to convert Fort Augustus Abbey into luxury apartments.
The Raven Group has appointed Orostream as main contractor on the first phase of the project to convert a historic abbey on the shores of Loch Ness into luxury apartments.
The first phase of the £4.5 million contract is to convert the Moat House and Old School building conversion of the Grade I-listed Fort Augustus Abbey.
The completed scheme will provide 101 apartments and 12 cottages set within a site that includes spa facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts and a cricket pitch.
Work on site commenced today on a fifty-week programme for this phase.
