1920s building to get makeover

Orms-Norman-House-Strand-view-2

Osborne has begun work to refurbish a 1920s building on the Strand in London for the Duchy of Lancaster.

The scheme includes work to the main building and rear wing at Norman House, as well as the addition of two new storeys to the front of the structure and three to the rear.

The finished building will contain offices, a restaurant and retail space.

Osborne is joined by project manager Quartz, structural engineer Heyne Tillett Steel and M&E engineer Hoare Lea.

Work is due to be complete by autumn next year.
