George Pierson replaces Keith Hawkson who becomes chairman

Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed the president and chief operating officer of its Americas operations as its chief executive officer.

George Pierson will replace the current CEO Keith Hawkson, who is to become chairman. He will succeed Jim Lammie who is retiring.

The acquisition of Parsons Brinckerhoff, was completed in October 2009 for.£380m by Balfour Beatty, further strengthening the group’s US presence.
