Scandinavian window producer NorDan has helped housing association Saxon Weald to deliver Passivhaus homes in West Sussex

Scandinavian window producer NorDan has helped housing association Saxon Weald to deliver a development of Passivhaus homes in Horsham, West Sussex. The scheme of 38 new homes for affordable rent has NorDan windows that have 0.7 W/m²K U-values, helping them to achieve Passivhaus standard. The scheme is unique in that 12 of the homes are built to Passivhaus standards. The remaining 26 homes have achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 5.
