Leicester’s £21.5m Phoenix Square development opens its doors to the public this week

The building, developed by Blueprint and several public bodies including the council, includes 63 individually designed homes, 22 workspaces, seven two-storey office studios, eight business units and three cinema screens. Owner-occupiers are set to move into their homes over the next few weeks and final negotiations are in place for the first office studio. It was designed by local architect Marsh Grochowski with Willmott Dixon as contractor.
