Delancey gets go ahead for development by Kohn Pedersen Fox Asscoiates.

Property firm Delancey Estates has got planning permission for a 91,440m2 office building in south London.

The York House scheme, which got planning consent from Lambeth council on 17 November, was designed by architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The engineers on the scheme are Bunyan Meyer and Partners and the planning consultants are DP9.

As part of the building work, the pedestrian routes under the railway viaducts of Waterloo will be improved. The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment supported the design.
