Police were called to an Overbury site in London’s upmarket Belgravia on Monday after a man working at the site was stabbed. The incident occurred at 20 Chesham Place in Belgravia, London, where Overbury is working on the £12m refurbishment of the former Sheraton Belgravia hotel.

Police told Building they were called to the site at 9.29am after a 20-year-old man was stabbed in the shoulder by a “lone suspect”. In a statement the company said: “A visiting subcontractor had an altercation with an unknown individual at the entrance to the site. The individual did not sustain any serious physical injury and is expected back to work on Wednesday.”
