Poole rooms: This residential development by Prowting Homes West is the second of three luxury developments to go on site in Poole, Dorset. All 12 of the "Chatsworth" development's two- and three-bedroom apartments have sea views and balconies. There are also two three-bedroom penthouses. Local artist Mike Jackson has been commissioned to create an oil painting for each apartment. Architect is Miller Traves, QS is Goyne Adams, contractor is Dean + Dyball and structural engineer is Robson Leddle.
