Rafael Viñoly’s plans for Battersea Power Station created a stir when they were launched this week.

The £4bn project has a 300m “eco-chimney”, 8 million ft2 of space and a six-acre park. Sir Simon Milton, the London mayor’s planning adviser, said the mayor was keen to hear public opinions on the scheme.
