Work is to start in the new year on this 8934 ft2 conference, training and accommodation centre in Greenwich, south-east London
The scheme is a public private partnership between developer the Mount Anvil Group, the University of Greenwich and Hyde Housing Association. Masterplanner for the scheme is architect Shh. Implementation architect is GHM Rock Townsend. Contractor is Mount Anvil Construction. A QS is yet to be appointed. The scheme is set for completion in summer 2002.
