Construction consultant’s turnover up 12.8% after year of restructuring.

John Rowan & Partners has announced record results for 2004/05, with turnover rising 12.8% to £3.13m, and profits up almost 10% to £290,000. The construction consultant and project management specialist says its successes are due to internal restructuring, in which the company was divided into four business units.

Managing partner Stephen Gee said: “This has been an important year for John Rowan & Partners and we’re delighted to announce these results, achieving our target to grow the business by 10 to 15 per cent a year. Housing has been a particular success for us this year and we’ve seen strong performance in our work with ALMOs and housing associations. We will be looking at this sector to repeat recent contract success.”
