Landscape Design Associates has drawn up a masterplan for the redevelopment of Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset. The plan covers 45,000 m2 of public space, located on the seafront between the town centre and the shore. Proposals for this esplanade would provide shops, cafes, restaurants and flats. Two pavilion buildings, which would house a new tourist information office, mark the entrance to a linear park along the seafront.
