Estate agent, NB Real Estate, has launched a suite of environmental solutions for the commercial property industry, including immediate EPC provision.

The unit, NB Environment, has established links with a number of industry specialists, providing advice on all sustainability issues relating to the practical management of property portfolios.

Director of NB Environment, Jonathan Lovejoy, said: “Political, social and business pressures have converged to put increasing pressure to address the environmental impacts arising from the way we own occupy and manage property.

“We can deliver a range of expertise suited to investors including energy performance surveys, carbon emissions calculations and environmental policy drafting also forming a part of the service.”
