Winning artwork will be displayed on facade of Hines development in Mayfair

Members of the public have been asked to vote for London’s largest ever street art exhibition – a super-sized canvas to be displayed on a site facade in the London's West End.

The One Spirit Showcase competition has been launched by American property developer Hines in collaboration with the Royal Academy Schools.

The public now has the opportunity to vote for their favourite artwork by students at the RA schools. The piece of art with the most votes will be displayed on a 14m x 24m canvas across the facade of One Grafton Street, a Hines development designed by Hamiltons Associates currently under construction in Mayfair, central London.

The closing deadline for public voters is 8 February, and a winner will be announced in March. The image above shows a work entitled “Hustle” by artist Divyesh Bhanderi.
