ReBlackpool, Blackpool’s urban regeneration company, has signed up developer Muse Developments, part of Morgan Sindall, to build its £220m mixed-use Talbot Gateway scheme

The 10ha scheme will include 160,000m3 of offices, a supermarket, hotels and restaurants. Work is expected to begin in 2011.
