The group confirms it is the seventh construction company to be investigated by the OFT over tenders

Construction Services company Renew Holdings has become the seventh company to be investigated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

The investigation relates to tender activity within the construction industry.

The group has confirmed that one of its subsidiaries has been contacted by the OFT in relation to some historic contract tenders.

As a result Renew has conducted a review of the procedures of all of its businesses to ensure that they are in compliance with the Competition Act.

The subsidiary company said it had provided all required information to the OFT and the investigation continues.
