Wells Mackereth has designed this six-storey development by converting two Victorian buildings in Covent Garden for client Mirror Image Restaurants.
The £1.9m scheme, due to open in September, includes a basement bar, ground floor brasserie and private dining facilities, with hotel rooms and a penthouse occupying the top three floors. Principal contractor is PC Shopfitting Contracts, structural engineer is Whitby Bird & Partners, M&E contractor is e+m Tecnica and cost consultant is MPA Construction Consultants.
